Frequently Asked Questions
No. When you sign up for DesignBold’s Pro or Team plans, you’ll only pay a monthly fee. There are also no additional charges associated with coins.
DesignBold accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover Card, and Diners Club.
The answer is Yes. If you use a stock photo outside of our DesignBold’s premium stocks storage, you need to buy extra coins to purchase it. If you already purchased a Pro or Team membership, we give you monthly premium stocks that you can design using stocks which are not from our premium stocks storage, without paying anymore money for the coins. You can find the premium stocks in the “DB premium” session once you start designing.
Unfortunately, it isn’t possible to cancel a Pro or Team plan that you already paid for. If you pay month to month, the cancellation will go into effect at the end of the month. If you paid for a year, the cancellation will go into effect at the end of the year. You’re never obligated to keep using DesignBold after the time you paid for expires, but, unfortunately, DesignBold not offer a refunds.
If you upgrade your account from Pro to Team, any unused stock photos in your Pro account will rollover. Unfortunately, unused stock photos from the Pro or Team plan do not roll over month to month. Coins, however, never expire. They can be used to purchase stock images from now until eternity.
